However, should our services not meet your expectations, you are afforded the right to cancel your registration and request a refund. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription prior to the confirmation or start of your service. Subscription confirmation occurs upon payment, with services commencing within 3-5 business days thereafter.

Notification: To cancel a monthly subscription, please inform us via email at hello@daftarroute.com.

​

Early Termination Fee (ETF): An ETF applies depends on your monthly plan once your service has commenced.

REFUND POLICY:
 

• We are committed to providing services that meet your needs. The timeframe for processing refunds is up to 30 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through Bank transfer/NEFT to the account on file.

SUBSCRIPTION & LATE FEE:

Renewal: Subscriptions should be renewed on or before the renewal date. Our plans include a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: This guarantee applies to the minimum monthly subscription amount and is valid unless services have been rendered or in cases where refunds are otherwise not applicable (e.g., changes in location, office reporting times, job changes)

Late Renewal: A late fee will be charged if the subscription is not renewed before the expiration date, which will be added to the current billing cycle.

REIMBURSEMENT:

​

Should service disruptions occur (e.g., cab breakdown), reimbursements will be calculated on a daily basis from the monthly subscription fee and adjusted in the next payment cycle.
